Howlers Council Workshop 2019

This Howler’s Workshop was designed to help facilitate third years cubs (Howlers) in their transition to becoming the new leaders of the pack.
 
This workshop is intended to assist the Howlers in understanding and carrying out their new roles. Modules are facilitated by both adult and youth scouters using the Learn by Doing Scouting Method.
 
The Howlers will have the opportunity in a safe environment to discover the importance of developing effective communications skills, to hone their listening skills, and enhance team building skills while having FUN.
 
  • When: February 2nd, 2019 - please arrive by 9:30 am
  • Where: Yoho Scout Lodge – O’Quinn Wing
  • Cost: $5.00 per youth
  • Registration: Deadline January 30th, 2019 to linda.boone@scouts.ca. Upon registration further information will be forwarded to your attention.
  • What does cost include: This will include a Howler’s Workshop Handbook, lunch and snacks. Each youth should bring a notepad and pencil, all other supplies will be provided.
• Please note – you will need to dress for the weather and for doing activities both inside and outside.
